You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
Item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 3–5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please note: Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If the return is due to a defective product or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If you are returning for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs are your responsibility.
The following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Downloadable software or digital products
Personal care items (e.g., beauty tools, hygiene products) for hygiene reasons
